Every sequencer, one inbox
Replies from all your tools arrive in one list, grouped by client. Nobody checks six tabs every hour.
Revbound pulls every reply from your sequencers into one inbox. The AI reads it, answers with times that are actually free on your calendar, and books the call the moment the lead says yes.
Every feature on during the trial. Monthly plans from $49.

The AI reads the message itself, not the sequencer's label, and moves the lead to the right stage.
Revbound checks your calendar first, then offers two or three slots that are actually open.
When the lead accepts a time you offered, the meeting goes straight onto the calendar.
A booked call moves the deal forward. Nobody drags cards around.
Mark it held, qualified, no-show or not a fit, and reports count real meetings.
Revbound books calls around the clock, and it plays it safe with a client's calendar. These are the exact rules it follows.
It reads your Cal.com or Google Calendar first and suggests 2 or 3 open slots over the next day or two.
No approval step. The call is on the calendar before anyone on your team has seen the reply.
It goes to your approval queue. If nobody acts, it books itself after 2 hours, or 1 hour when the call is soon.
It never guesses a time zone, and a slot that is already taken is never double booked.
Each card is a live screen from the Revbound app.
Out of office until Monday? It picks the thread up the day they are back, then runs your cadence.
Sends, replies, positive rate and meetings for every campaign and client.
A nudge when an interested lead has waited too long for an answer.
Share a live, read-only view of each client's results.
Bounce and health warnings before a domain gets burnt.
Phone lookup on any contact worth a call.
For connector agencies: match the people who need each other and draft the intro.
Six things that now happen on their own after a lead replies.
When a meeting is booked, Revbound researches the prospect and sends you a short brief with questions to open with. By email, and in Slack if you want it.
Mark a call as a no-show and the lead gets a friendly email to rebook straight away. The Meetings page tracks your show rate and who came back.
Out-of-office resumes, referrals and follow-ups sit in one list. Edit any of them, move the send time or cancel it.
When a lead asks you to come back later, Revbound schedules the follow-up for that date and sends it then.
If the mailbox a lead wrote to stops working, the reply goes out from a healthy one on the same domain, so the conversation keeps going.
Interested leads who ask a question get a clear answer written for them. It goes out after a short hold, unless you reply first.
Clients stay separate, people see only what they should, and replies go out from the right mailbox.
Map campaigns to clients by naming rule or by hand. Each client gets its own pipeline, numbers and report.
Decide who sees which clients and pages. A setter on one account never sees another client's leads.
Answers go out through the mailbox the lead wrote to, so threads and deliverability stay where they were.
Monthly plans include the AI. Prefer your own? Plug in an Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Azure or OpenRouter key.
Ask about your inbox and pipeline from Claude or your own scripts.
Leads left waiting and mailbox problems can post straight to a Slack channel.
Every plan includes the inbox, the AI and automatic booking. Plans differ by volume.

See the lifetime dealNo. Your campaigns keep running in Instantly, Smartlead, Email Bison, PlusVibe, SendKit or ArcSend. Revbound connects with an API key, reads the replies and sends your answers back through the same mailbox, so the thread stays intact.
It only offers times that are free on your connected calendar. A lead accepting one of those times is booked at once. Any other time request waits in your approval queue and books itself after 2 hours (1 hour if the call is soon) only if the time, day and time zone are clear and the slot is still free. Anything unclear waits for a person.
Only where you switch it on. By default it sorts each reply and writes a draft for you to check. The auto-responder, out-of-office follow-ups and cadences run on rules you set, and you can turn each one off.
Cal.com and Google Calendar. If both are connected, Cal.com is used for booking.
One inbound email that the AI reads. If a lead writes three times, that is three replies. Emails you send do not count, and the same reply is never counted twice.
You get 3 days with every feature and no limits, with just an email and a password. When the trial ends the workspace becomes read-only until you pick a plan.
Connect a sequencer and a calendar. Three days free, every feature on.
