AI SDR software is a tool that does the job of a sales development rep: it finds prospects, writes the outreach, sends it, answers the replies and books meetings. The nine below all do some of that, and few do all of it at a price a small team can see before a sales call.
AiSDR is the easiest to start: $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily, with no sales call and email plus LinkedIn in one sequence.
Artisan's Ava and 11x's Alice are full-motion AI SDRs for funded sales teams. Neither publishes a price, so expect a demo first.
Reply.io's Jason AI starts from $500 a month and Salesforge's Agent Frank from $499 a month on annual billing, both with email and LinkedIn.
Amplemarket starts at $600 a month on an annual term and pairs a large contact database with Duo, its AI copilot.
Clay is a builder, not an AI SDR: you wire research, enrichment and sending together yourself, starting on a free plan.
Regie.ai has a free plan and a $49 Pro plan, and Qualified's Piper covers inbound leads on your website rather than cold outbound.
If you already send with Instantly or Smartlead, you may only need AI on the replies. That is the job Revbound does, from $49 a month.

Vendor pricing
Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page. Where a vendor hides its price, the card says so.
The five SDR jobs
Prospecting, writing, sending, reply handling and booking, scored one by one instead of as a single grade.
Channels
Email only, or email plus LinkedIn, calls and voice, as each vendor describes it.
Control
Whether you can approve messages before they go out or run the agent on full autopilot.
Getting started
Free plan, free trial, self-serve sign-up or a demo with sales first.
1AiSDR, best for pay as you go outbound
Best for
Small teams that want a real AI SDR without a contract or a sales call
AiSDR homepage
AiSDR is the one full AI SDR here you can start without a sales call or a contract. The self-serve plan costs $1.50 per person prospected, is charged daily and stops when you stop. Research, list building and writing are included in that price.
Its agent, Ami, builds the campaign and runs it. Prospects come from a pool of 2B+ profiles with live signals such as job changes and funding, and one sequence can mix email with LinkedIn connection requests, DMs, InMails and voice notes. Replies from both channels land in one inbox, where AI sorts and answers them, either within about 5 to 10 minutes or in a co-pilot mode where you approve first.
The catch is the CRM. HubSpot syncs both ways on every plan, but Salesforce sits on the Team plans, which are for 1,000+ contacts a month and come with quarterly contracts.
Strengths
Pay per contact, stop anytime
Email and LinkedIn in one sequence
AI reply handling with an approval mode
Weaknesses
Salesforce only on Team plans
Team plans need a quarterly contract
Cost grows with every contact you reach
Pricing
$1.50 per person prospected. Team plans are quoted by volume, up to 40% lower per contact.
Sales teams that want an autonomous AI BDR with onboarding and a CSM behind it
Artisan homepage
Artisan sells Ava, which it calls an AI BDR. Ava finds and enriches leads from 250M+ contacts and 22+ data sources, sends multi-channel outreach across email and social, handles every reply and books meetings on your reps' calendars. Emails go out in your reps' names from your own domains.
You choose how much rope Ava gets. Approval mode holds every draft for a click, tone and banned phrases can be locked, and escalation rules decide when a human takes over. Salesforce and HubSpot sync both ways on every plan.
Pricing is the hard part. The tiers are sized by leads contacted (about 2,500 a month on Team, about 6,000 on Scale), but every tier says "Talk to sales." Plan on a demo before you see a number.
Larger revenue teams that want outbound and inbound agents from one vendor
11x homepage
11x runs two agents. Alice handles outbound: she builds lists from live signals and a 400M-contact database, researches each buyer, writes the message and runs it across email, social and a power dialer. Julian handles inbound with voice and chat agents that qualify leads and book meetings.
On the reply side, Smart Replies read each answer, respond to questions and common objections, and pass sensitive threads to your team. Every activity syncs back to the CRM.
There is no pricing page at all, and every button asks you to book a demo. That puts 11x out of reach for anyone who wants to test with a card.
Strengths
Separate outbound and inbound agents
Power dialer in the same sequence
Bi-directional CRM sync
Weaknesses
No public pricing
Demo before any trial
Outbound page doesn't say Alice books meetings herself
4Reply.io (Jason AI), best for teams already on Reply
Best for
Teams that already run sequences in Reply.io and want an agent on top
Reply.io Jason AI page
Jason is the AI SDR inside Reply.io, priced from $500 a month. Reply says Jason finds prospects, writes personalized messages, manages the responses and books meetings, across email and LinkedIn and in 50+ languages. An approval mode lets you check messages before they send.
If you'd rather keep the work manual, Reply's sequencer starts at $49 per user a month on annual billing, and LinkedIn automation is a $69 add-on per account. Reply also syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Copper and Close. Teams leaving Reply for a cheaper sender can compare options in our best cold email software roundup.
Strengths
Published starting price
Email and LinkedIn with approval mode
Five CRM integrations
Weaknesses
$500 a month before any add-ons
LinkedIn costs extra on the manual plans
Trial terms for Jason itself aren't spelled out
Pricing
Jason AI from $500 a month. Reply sequencer plans from $49 per user a month, billed annually.
5Salesforge (Agent Frank), best for per-contact pricing
Best for
Teams that want an AI SDR priced on volume, not seats
Salesforge Agent Frank page
Agent Frank is Salesforge's AI SDR. He searches a 500M+ contact engine, writes the emails, follows up and books the meeting, with auto-pilot and co-pilot modes and support for 20+ languages. Salesforge includes unlimited email and LinkedIn senders, so you don't pay per seat.
You pay for active contacts, meaning the prospects Frank is working at any one time. Tier 1 is $499 a month on annual billing for 1,000 active contacts, and past 2,000 a month the rate is $0.25 per contact. A dedicated account manager and a shared Slack channel come with it.
New mailboxes need about two weeks of warmup before Frank sends, so the first month starts slow.
Strengths
Unlimited email and LinkedIn senders
Co-pilot mode for review
Account manager and Slack support
Weaknesses
$499 price is the annual rate
About two weeks of warmup first
Free trial terms for Frank aren't stated
Pricing
$499 a month billed annually for 1,000 active contacts. Salesforge's own sequencer starts at $40 a month billed annually.
Sales teams that want data, sequences and AI help in one seat-based platform
Amplemarket homepage
Amplemarket leans toward helping reps rather than replacing them. Duo, its AI copilot, writes the emails and surfaces intent signals, and the platform adds a B2B database, multichannel sequences, email validation and a dialer. Duo Inbox, which drafts a reply to every prospect email, only comes on Elite.
Startup costs $600 a month on an annual term with 2 users and 27,000 contacts. Growth and Elite are custom-priced, with 4 and 10 users. Every plan has a free trial.
Strengths
Contact data included in every plan
Dialer and voice messages
Free trial on all plans
Weaknesses
Annual term from $600 a month
AI reply drafts only on Elite
No AI meeting booking listed
Pricing
Startup $600 a month on an annual term. Growth and Elite on request.
Growth engineers who want full control over research and targeting
Clay homepage
Clay is a toolkit, not a finished agent. You pull data from 150+ providers, run Claygent (its web-research AI agent) to find custom details on each lead, and send through the Clay Sequencer or a sequencer you already use. Growth adds CRM auto-sync and lets you buy domains and mailboxes inside Clay.
What it doesn't list is the back half of the SDR job: answering replies and booking meetings. If you build on Clay, plan for a sender and a way to work the replies.
The Free plan gives 6,000 actions a year. Launch is listed at $167 a month and Growth at $446, with 10% off on annual billing and a 14-day trial.
Strengths
150+ data providers in one table
Free plan with unlimited seats
Works with the sequencer you have
Weaknesses
No reply handling or booking listed
You build and maintain the workflow
Actions and data credits run out on busy months
Pricing
Free, Launch $167 a month, Growth $446 a month, Enterprise custom.
Individual reps and small teams who research, email and call themselves
RegieGO homepage
RegieGO, from Regie.ai, puts research, enrichment, drafting, agents and a power dialer in one workspace, with a free built-in CRM or a connection to HubSpot, Salesforce or Monday CRM. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook. It runs on credits, and enrichment that finds nothing costs nothing.
Free gives each person 250 one-time credits with no card. Pro is $49 a month ($41 on annual) for 5,000 credits, and Team is $150 per seat a month with a two-seat minimum. The pricing page doesn't list automatic reply handling or meeting booking, so treat it as a rep's assistant rather than a stand-in for one.
Strengths
Free plan, no card
Built-in CRM and power dialer
Pay only when enrichment finds data
Weaknesses
No reply handling or booking listed
Credits cap your monthly work
Team needs two seats minimum
Pricing
Free, Pro $49 a month, Team $150 per seat a month, 17% off on annual billing.
9Qualified (Piper), best for inbound website leads
Best for
B2B companies with real website traffic and slow inbound follow-up
Qualified Piper page
Piper works the other side of the funnel. Instead of cold outbound, she talks to visitors on your website by text, voice or video, follows up by email and books meetings. Qualified connects to Salesforce CRM and 20+ other go-to-market systems.
Plans are sized by web sessions and email contacts (Premier covers 250K monthly web sessions and 2.5K monthly active email contacts), and all three tiers are "Contact us." Pick Piper if inbound demand goes unworked. For cold outbound, look higher up this list.
Strengths
Website chat, voice and video
Meeting booking included
Salesforce integration
Weaknesses
Not built for cold outbound
No published price
Value depends on your traffic
Pricing
Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate, all quoted after a demo.
Do you need a full AI SDR or just AI on the replies?
Pick an AI SDR if
You have no list, no copy and no sender yet, and want one tool to run outbound end to end.
Most AI SDR software bundles five jobs, and you pay for all of them. Plenty of agencies and outbound teams already have the first three covered: a list provider, copy they trust and a sequencer such as Instantly or Smartlead (our Instantly vs Apollo breakdown shows how a list tool and a sender split that work). What slips is the back half. Interested replies sit unanswered, out-of-office notes get ignored, and referrals to "talk to my colleague" never get a follow-up.
Revbound is not an AI SDR, which is why it isn't ranked above. It doesn't find prospects or send the first email. It pulls every reply from Instantly, Smartlead, Email Bison, PlusVibe, SendKit and ArcSend into one inbox, sorts each one with AI (interested, meeting requested, out of office, referral, not interested), drafts or sends the answer, offers times that are free on your Cal.com or Google Calendar and books the meeting when the lead says yes.
Revbound Unibox
The follow-ups run without you: it writes back when an out-of-office lead returns, contacts the person a lead refers you to, and keeps following up for about two months (our cold email follow up guide covers the timing behind that). If your sequence itself needs work first, start with how to build a cold email sequence.
Pick Revbound if
You already send from a supported sequencer
Replies are spread across tools or clients
You want meetings booked from free calendar times
Honest limits
No prospecting or first-touch sending
No LinkedIn, SMS, voice or CRM sync
Newer and smaller than every tool above
Plans are Solo $49, Agency $99 and Connector $149 a month for unlimited clients, month to month with AI included; Agency and up add client workspaces, client reports and meeting proof. See Revbound pricing, or the Master Inbox alternative comparison if you're weighing reply inboxes.

FAQ
AI SDR software questions
What is the best AI SDR?
For a small team that wants to start without a contract, AiSDR is the best AI SDR: $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily, with email and LinkedIn in one sequence. Reply.io's Jason AI (from $500 a month) and Salesforge's Agent Frank ($499 a month on annual billing) suit teams with a steady monthly budget. Artisan and 11x suit larger sales teams that are fine with a demo and a quote.
How much does an AI SDR cost?
Published AI SDR pricing runs from $1.50 per contact on AiSDR to about $500 to $600 a month for Jason AI, Agent Frank and Amplemarket's Startup plan. Artisan, 11x and Qualified don't publish prices and quote after a demo. Clay and Regie.ai have free plans, but they are toolkits rather than full AI SDRs.
Can AI SDRs book meetings?
Several can. AiSDR, Artisan, Reply.io's Jason AI, Salesforge's Agent Frank and Qualified's Piper all list meeting booking. Amplemarket, Clay and Regie.ai don't list it on their pricing pages, and 11x lists booking for Julian, its inbound agent, while the page for Alice, its outbound agent, doesn't mention it.
Is AI replacing SDRs?
For some outbound work, yes: Artisan, 11x and AiSDR run prospecting, writing, sending and replies with little human input. Most vendors still build in approval modes and escalation rules so a person checks drafts and takes the live conversations. Amplemarket and Regie.ai position their AI as help for reps rather than a replacement.
Which AI SDR tools have public pricing?
AiSDR, Reply.io's Jason AI, Salesforge's Agent Frank, Amplemarket's Startup plan, Clay and Regie.ai publish prices. Artisan, 11x and Qualified's Piper ask you to talk to sales first.
Do I need an AI SDR if I already use Instantly or Smartlead?
Often not. If you already have lists, copy and a sequencer, the gap is usually the replies: answering interested leads fast, following up on out-of-office notes and booking the call. Revbound does that part, reading replies from Instantly, Smartlead, Email Bison, PlusVibe, SendKit and ArcSend, from $49 a month with a 3-day free trial.
Is there a free AI SDR?
Not a full one. Clay's Free plan includes 6,000 actions a year with its Claygent research agent, and Regie.ai's Free plan gives 250 one-time credits per person for research, drafting and agents. Both stop short of answering replies and booking meetings on their own.
AiSDR, Artisan, 11x, Reply.io, Salesforge, Amplemarket, Clay, Regie.ai, Qualified, Instantly and Smartlead are trademarks of their owners, and Revbound is not affiliated with them. Prices are published list prices and can change, so confirm them on each vendor's pricing page before you buy.
Three days free
Already sending with Instantly or Smartlead?
You may only need AI on the replies. Revbound sorts every reply, answers interested leads and books the meeting, from $49 a month.
